ILOILO City – Six police stations each received new computers from the city government.

“We do hope that our policemen can do their reports immediately with these additional computers,” said Mayor Jose Espinosa III.

Jaro police station chief Senior Inspector Tranquilino Querubin Jr. said they really needed a computer to encode and file their records.

“We would like to extend our gratefulness to the city government for giving us a computer,” he said.

These new computers will serve as back-up units to the present units.

“This is a big help to the Jaro police station. This will be used for our records and storing of documents,” said Querubin.

On the other hand, to bolster the drive against criminality, Espinosa ordered better police visibility at Smallville Complex in Mandurriao district.
