ILOILO City – The Regional Trial Court Branch 38 ordered the arrest of a resident of Barangay Jayobo, Lambunao, Iloilo.

Manuel Lastimoso, 42, was charged with violation of Presidential Decree 1602 (illegal gambling). He failed to show up at his arraignment hearing, a police report showed.

Police served him a bench warrant in Barangay Maite Pequeño, Lambunao.

Lastimoso was hauled to the Lambunao police station custodial facility after his arrest at around 11:20 a.m. on Wednesday.
