BACOLOD City – Two sons of a former police officer caught their father using illegal drugs in their house in Barangay Paraiso, Sagay City, Negros Occidental.
Ace Vincent Adraneda and younger brother Jobert turned the 56-year-old Benny over to the Sagay City police station on Sept. 11.
After seeing their father holding an improvised tooter and a lighter, the brothers tied him using a rope around 5:40 p.m. on the same day, a police report showed.
