BACOLOD City – For allegedly stealing at a department store in this city, a man was arrested on Wednesday.
Joseph Anthony Ballesteros, 32, a resident of Kabankalan City allegedly stole four packs of cigarettes worth P205.40.
He was caught by the department store’s security guard.
Ballesteros is now detained at Police Station 2 lockup cell./PN
