BACOLOD City – Police in Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental launched a manhunt against the suspect in stabbing a resident in Barangay Crossing Magallon.
Rechie Maglantay, 28, of the same village fled after attacking Gleen Barientos, 26, the municipal police station said.
A drunken Maglantay was having a heated argument with Barientos on Thursday when the former grabbed a knife and stabbed the latter on the abdomen, police said.
Barientos was rushed to the Isabela district hospital for treatment. Maglantay remained at large as of this writing./PN
