BACOLOD City – A motorcycle driver was killed in a vehicular accident on Sunday afternoon in Sipalay City.

Portoso Binarao Aliman Jr., 45, a resident of Barangay Gil Montilla in the city, sustained head and body injuries. He was rushed to Sipalay City Satellite Health Unit but was declared dead on arrival.

Investigation disclosed that Aliman was driving his motorcycle when he hit a Toyota Hilux driven by Joel Arboiz Duayan, a resident of Sitio Marabo, Barangay Mambaroto in the city.

The 41-year-old suspect was on his way to Sitio Hinablan from Barangay Poblacion when the victim bumped the vehicle./PN
