BACOLOD City – A man was arrested in his residence in Barangay Mandalagan, a police report showed.
Police Station 3 identified him as the 38-year-old Marcilo Clarido.
Clarido was arrested on Nov. 21 the strength of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Napoleon Diamante of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities Branch 3 in the city, the report further stated.
The warrant dated Oct. 23 accused Clarido of grave threat.
He was detained at the Police Station 3 custodial facility.
The court recommended a P12,000 bail bond for Clarido’s temporary liberty./PN
