ILOILO City – Charged with homicide, a barangay captain in Patnongon, Antique was arrested yesterday.
The 50-year-old Shumbian Onofre of Barangay Villa Elio was detained at the municipal police station custodial facility, a police report showed.
Officers served him with an arrest warrant in his house at around 5 a.m.
The court recommended a P40,000 bail for his temporary liberty./PN
