ILOILO City – A resident of Zone 3 Barangay Boulevard, Molo allegedly attacked a neighbor during an argument over a clogged drainage, a police report showed.

The district police took the 52-year-old Jerry Rotor in custody.

Isiah Celeste, 58, reported to the police that he was on his way home at around 11 a.m. on Feb. 13 when he passed by Rotor.
