ILOILO City – You’ll never know when it’s going to happen.
The 48-year-old Edgar Piad was confined at the West Visayas State University Medical Center.
He sustained head injuries after a motorcycle hit him, a police report showed.
A resident of Barangay Nabitasan, Leganes, Iloilo, Piad was just walking on the street in their village around 9:15 p.m. on July 15 when the accident happened, police said.
The motorcycle driver was another Nabitasan resident, 24-year-old John Christopher Tacay.
Tacay was detained at the Leganes police station./PN
