ILOILO City – A resident of Barangay Tabuc Suba, La Paz district was accused of “creating alarm and scandal.”
Ruger Junio Quitan, 58, reported to the police that neighbor Raul Edobane, 47, shouted at the top of his voice at around 2 a.m. on Wednesday.
Edobane also challenged Quitan to a fight, the latter told the police.
The incident has “caused disturbance” on the part of the complainant, a police report showed.
Quitan further told the police this was the third time such incident involving Edobane happened./PN
