ILOILO City – Behind bars was where a suspected illegal drug dealer landed after a buy-bust operation in Barangay Masagud, San Joaquin, Iloilo.

The 36-year-old Dexter Azuro was a resident of Barangay Bonifacio Tanza, City Proper, a police report showed.

Azuro yielded four plastic packs of suspected shabu.

These were on top of one sachet of the same substance he sold to a police poseur buyer for P1,000 at around 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday, police said.

Azuro faces charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. He was detained at the San Joaquin police station. (Panay Balita/PN)
