ILOILO City – Accused of indiscriminately discharging a firearm, a 52-year-old man from Jamindan, Capiz was arrested.
Marcos Atanacio, a resident of Barangay Agambulong, Jamindan, was caught in Barangay Poblacion, a police report showed.
Officers detained him at the Jamindan police station custodial facility after his arrest at around 9:45 p.m. on Sunday.
Atanacio caused alarm among Poblacion residents when he fired his .38 revolver, the police report stated.
He was facing charges for violation of the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act and alarm and scandal./PN
