ILOILO – Two underaged girls in Tigbauan town claimed their father raped them every time he was drunk.
The police of Tigbauan learned about the girls from a concerned neighbor, according to Police Lieutenant Mary Jane Panes of the municipal police station.
Cops immediately secured the girls on Monday – plus their three-year-old sister – with the help of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office.
A relative now has custody of the girls.
“We have yet to schedule them for medical examination,” said Panes.
One of the girls told the police: “Kun indi ko magsunod kang gusto nya bakolon nya ako. Ginalagas na ako kun gab-i kay gapalagyo ko. Nasugo nya pa ako bakal sigarilyo kag gina panigarilyo nya kanakon.”
The girl’s father fled. The police launched a manhunt./PN
