BACOLOD City – Two men were hospitalized. They got stabbed in Barangay Ara-al, La Carlota City, Negros Occidental.
Ronelo Lima was 42 years old while Jimmy Lima was 49.
According to the police, the two had an argument while on a drinking binge around 8:30 p.m. on July 29. They had a fistfight but friends were able to pacify them.
Moments later, however, Jimmy got a cane cutter and knife but was suddenly stabbed by Ronelo who was also wielding a knife, police said. The former retaliated.
Both Limas sustained multiple stab wounds. They were treated at th eDon Salvador Benedicto Memorial District Hospital./PN
