ILOILO City – For the love of their younger brother, two men ended up at the hospital for injuries sustained from a fracas in Barangay Calumpang, Molo district.
Twenty-four-year-old Jerald Abanil and brother John Eric, 26, confronted the group of persons who allegedly badmouthed and humiliated their younger brother at a birthday party on Monday night. But the two were ganged up.
According to the Molo police, John Eric was stabbed on the back.
Both brothers were brought to the Iloilo Doctors’ Hospital.
Molo policemen later arrested four suspects – Herminio Puerta Jr., Ryan Tahong, Jovic Mendez and Rolando Guanzon.
