BACOLOD City – Two theft suspects were arrested while another escaped in Barangay Taculing.
Carole Magsipoc, 27, of Barangay San Miguel, La Carlota City, Negros Occidental, lost her cellphone to Remiel Cadagat, Angeline Marba and Shomo Fernandez.
Police arrested the 34-year-old Cadagat and the 30-year-old Marba on Tuesday.
Fernandez, 34, managed to escape.
