BACOLOD City – Three people were caught in a “pot session” in Barangay Villamonte.
Aryel Habagat, 18, and Rolando Habagat, 24, of Barangay Villamonte and Odesa Lagdamin, 18, of Barangay Handumanan were detained at Police Station 4.
They were facing a charge for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
The arresting officers acted on a tip Wednesday that people were snorting illegal drugs in a house in Villamonte.
A small plastic pack of suspected shabu and an improvised tooter with traces of suspected shabu were seized from the suspects./PN
