ILOILO City – Three residents of Barangay Boulevard, Molo district ganged up on their uncle.
The 39-year-old Celso Santos of the same village sustained contusions on the face.
His nephews Jude Balmatero, 20, “King-king” Balmatero, 17, “Pogi” Balmatero, 16, fled toward an unknown direction after the mauling him, Santos told the Molo police.
Around 10:30 p.m. on May 17, Santos reproached his nephews for throwing stones at the house of their aunt Jermine Agurado.
Instead of heeding his warning, his nephews got irked and beat him up, Santos told the police.
The case was referred to the barangay./PN
