BACOLOD City – A stray dog caused an accident when it crossed a road in Barangay Poblacion III, Hinigaran, Negros Occidental.
Twenty-four-year-old Ian Basco of Barangay Paticui was driving a motorcycle when the dog crossed.
Basco lost control of the vehicle and fell on the concrete road.
He sustained injuries and was brought to Hinigaran Emergency Clinic./PN
