ROXAS City – He was found dead on board his fishing vessel floating at sea, a police report showed.

The 24-year-old fisherman Joey Antojado of Barangay Culasi could no longer be reached through his mobile phone, prompting his family to look for him yesterday, according to the Roxas City police.

Antojado’s family members eventually found him unconscious on his boat.

Antojado was then rushed to a hospital where the attending physician pronounced him “dead on arrival.”

Police have yet to rule out foul play in Antojado’s death.

The family requested for a post-mortem test to determine the cause of the death.

Police were still investigating./PN
