ILOILO City – A tricycle driver complained to the police that a jeepney driver attacked him.
The 27-year-old Reneboy Natabio said Renante Sison, 24, punched him on the back, a police report showed.
Natabio, a resident of Barangay San Pedro, Molo, said he was parking the tricycle he was renting in Barangay North San Jose in the district at the time.
Moreover, Sison struck the plastic windshield of the tricycle, breaking it, Natabio told the police.
Sison, a resident of Barangay So-oc, Mandurriao, asked the whereabouts of Wene Paul Nahine – the owner of the tricycle – before attacking him, added Natabio.
Police estimated the cost of damage on the tricycle at P650. They also referred the dispute to the barangay lupon./PN
