BACOLOD City – Police arrested a drug suspect in Barangay 20, Victorias City, Negros Occidental.
The 42-year-old resident Ramon Tedoso Jr. was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, a police report showed.
Judge Ana Celeste Bernad of the Regional Trial Court Branch 69 in Silay City, Negros Occidental issued the warrant dated Sept. 11, 2017.
The suspect was detained in the lockup facility of the Victorias City police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
The court recommended a P200,000 for his temporary liberty./PN
