BACOLOD City – Police arrested two theft suspects on 15th Lacson Street in Barangay 7 here.
Residents Gerald Dela Torre and Rodolfo Ganzon were accused of stealing a cellular phone.
Prior to their arrest, a 13-year-old minor complained to the police that her phone was stolen.
The suspects were detained in the lockup cell of Police Station 2. Charges will be filed against them./PN
