📌 EFFECTIVITY
Beginning 6 p.m. on Sept. 22, Tuesday until Sept. 27
📌 WHO ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER AND LEAVE AFFECTED VILLAGES?
* IATF Officials
* Iloilo City government officials
* Iloilo City Health Office personnel
* Personnel distributing food and medicines
* Members of the COVID-19 Task Force
* Department of Health personnel
* Red cross personnel
* Members of the Philippine National Police, the Philippine Army, the Bureau of Fire, the Public Safety and Traffic Management Office, and force
* Multipliers and volunteers maintaining peace and order
* Health Care Workers
* Those engaged in cargo and public transportation; transport of essentials goods
* Sanitation personnel of the Iloilo City Government, Iloilo City Health Office and Bureau of Fire Protection (including the volunteer and private personnel maintaining sanitation).
📌 RESTRICTIONS
* Total liquor ban
* Suspension of public transportation
* Restricted movement of the vulnerable sector (persons aged below 21 years, 61 years and above, immune-deficient with comorbidities and pregnant women)
* Land border control
📌 PROVISION OF GOODS
*The city government shall provide food and medical needs of the residents of the barangays under lockdown.
*Officials of the affected barangays shall be obligated to secure the list of necessary medicines of the residents.
📌 PENALTIES
* Those who would violate any of the provisions of Mayor Jerry Treñas’ directive as well as established health and safety protocols issued by the Department of Health, IATF, and other agencies may face appropriate administrative or criminal charges./PN
