TIBIAO, Antique – Cement bags fell on a 14-year-old lad busy playing a game on his cell phone in Barangay Salazar here on Jan. 3 around 7:20 p.m.
Christian Montillano was rushed to the Pedro L. Gindap Memorial Hospital in nearby Barbaza town but was declared “dead on arrival”.
