NUEVA VALENCIA, Guimaras – An entrapment operation of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) netted a drug suspect in Sitio Batang, Barangay Oracon Sur here.
Carlo Dela Rosa, resident of the sitio, faces a charge for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 – specifically of the law’s Section 5 (selling prohibited substance) and Section 11 (possession of prohibited substance) of Article II.
The buy-bust was carried out Friday morning last week, March 26. PDEA was backed by the Nueva Valencia police station.
