SAN JOSE, Antique – Combined elements of Laua-an, Antique’s police station, Criminal Investigation and Detection Group – Antique Provincial Field Unit, Maritime Police Station – Antique and 63rd Special Action Company 6th Special Action Battalion arrested a rape suspect at around 3 p.m. on Sept. 8.
Felipe Lomugda was a 42-year-old resident of Barangy Maria, Laua-an.
He was served with an arrest warrant for crime of rape (Criminal Case No. RT-BGS-2021-09-1995-L) issued by Presiding Judge Mario De Guzman Andres of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 64 (Bugasong, Antique) on Sept. 7.
A person with disability accused Lomugda of raping her in January 2020.
No bail bond was recommended for the suspect’s temporary liberty.
Lomugda was detained at the Laua-an police station./PN
