Imagine how different life is without access to clean water. It’s difficult and unfathomable. The activities like bathing and having running clean water in our homes, utilizing indoor plumbing, and drinking clean water wouldn’t be possible — ever.
Not only do individuals need clean water, but entire communities need clean water, and they need more than just water. Communities need clean water that is safe to use for household cooking, washing, and sanitation. That’s why PrimeWater Infrastructure Corp.’s mission is to provide portable, reliable, and sustainable water to Filipino communities.

Last July 17, 2020, PrimeWater signed a joint venture agreement (JVA) with Bacolod City Water District (BCWD) for financing, development, rehabilitation, expansion, improvement, operation, and management of water supply and septage system for Bacolod City.
This operation and management of the water supply and system of its partner service area has become a reality when the project was started on November 13, 2020.
PrimeWater water supply improvement that has been completed is, the new source development LuisVille Well Drilling that will help increase in supply pressure and water availability of 1000 residents from LuisVille Subd., East Villas, Villa Estefania 1 & 2, East Homes 1 & 2, and Fortune Towne Relocation which been completed last April 2021 and EastHomes-6 P2 Well Drilling for the residents of Brgy. Mansilingan, Handumanan Felisa Access Rd, Prk Kabugwason, East Homes 4, 5, 6, and Villa Maria Reyna that was completed last June 2021.
While there was also an ongoing water supply improvement project for Villa Angela Well Drilling and East Homes 6 for P2 installation of pump and motor.
For water distribution improvement, the installation of a 10-inch diameter feeder line from Well 29, 30, 31, and MWS bulk water supply to 6500 cubic meter ground reservoir was completed last May 2021 and will benefit the Bacolod-Murcia road, Brgy. Alijis, Brgy. Taculing, part of Brgy. Mansilingan, Brgy Tangub, Brgy. Pahanocoy, Brgy. Sum-ag and Brgy. Pta. Taytay. While the installation of an 8-inch diameter bypass line from Well 33 to 300mm (12in)diameter distribution line that will improve the water supply in areas along Handumanan-Felisa Access road: Prk Kabugwason, East 4,5, and 6 Villa Maria Reyna was completed last March 16, 2021.
This water supply improvements projects of PrimeWater from December 2021 to date, repaired 7,363 leakages, leading to a water recovery of 42 million liters per day (MLD) or 85,120 households./PN
