CAPIZ – A 33-year-old man was beaten and shot to death on Wednesday morning in Barangay Astorga, Dumarao, Capiz.
The victim was identified as Joeven Lomongo Morales, while the suspects were the Falco siblings Henry, Herwin, and Gino, all residents of the said village.
According to the Dumarao Municipal Police Station, the suspects first pelted the victim’s house with stones. And when Morales came out, he was immediately subjected to a beating by Herwin and Gino. Henry then reportedly shot the victim twice.
The victim succumbed to his injuries while receiving medical attention.
Meanwhile, the police found two live .45 caliber ammunitions, an empty shell, one slug, and a machete.
