GUIMARAS – Axyl Rose Gadian, a 20-year-old Education student from Buenavista town, triumphed at the Miss Guimaras 2024 coronation night held on May 17 at the Main Events Area, Provincial Capitol Grounds, San Miguel, Jordan.
Gadian, studying for a Bachelor of Secondary Education with a major in English at Guimaras State University, clinched the title after competing against nine other candidates.
During the event, Gadian also received special awards including Miss Photogenic and Fan Favorite, earning a cash prize of P3,000 for each.
As Miss Guimaras 2024, she was awarded a cash prize of P50,000, along with P100,000 worth of products and services from Izella Aesthetics, P50,000 from Ms. Rose Razzouk Aesthetic Center, and P20,000 from the Aesthetics Authority.
This marks the second consecutive year that a candidate from Buenavista has won the Miss Guimaras title, following Anne Janet Mandreza’s win in 2023.
Ma. Christine Andraje from the Municipality of Sibunag was named the first runner-up, while Renelyn Gallego from Nueva Valencia was the second runner-up.
Completing the top five were Hanna Nicole Manioto and Angel Kate Tulot from Nueva Valencia and Jordan, who were named third and fourth runners-up, respectively.
Gadian first gained attention after being crowned Lin-ay sang Buenavista during the town’s Palayag Festival in January 2024.
The coronation night also featured performances, including one by actor Edgar Allan Guzman who serenaded the candidates.

* Best in Swimsuit – Hanna Nicole Manioto of Nueva Valencia
* Best in Production Number – Hanna Nicole Manioto of Nueva Valencia
* Best in Evening Gown – Hanna Nicole Manioto of Nueva Valencia
* Best in Interview – Ma. Krystel Miranda of San Lorenzo
Each winner received a cash prize of P5,000.
