FOR three consecutive months, fuel companies have implemented rollbacks on liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).

In separate advisories, Petron, Regasco, and Solane slashed LPG prices by P1 per kilogram.

The rollbacks took effect 12:01 a.m. of Thursday, May 1.

This adjustment would bring down the cost of a regular 11-kilogram household LPG cylinder by P11.

According to Petron, the price movement reflects the international contract price of LPG for May.

Data from the Department of Energy showed that common prices of an 11-kilogram LPG tank stood at P1,085.

In March this year, prices of Petron and Solane LPG were down by P0.25 and P0.27 per kilogram, respectively. (PNA)
