BACOLOD City – In a move to bring police services closer to the public, the Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO), in partnership with the city government, has made police clearance services available at the Bacolod Express Service Office (BESO).
Colonel Joeresty Coronica, BCPO director, announced that residents can now secure their national police clearance at BESO, located on the 3rd floor of Ayala Malls Capitol Central.
The service is available Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays.
This initiative, which began on June 2, aims to provide fast and convenient access to essential government services, reflecting BCPO’s commitment to efficient and community-centered service delivery.
The BCPO encourages the public to take advantage of this initiative and assures everyone that they remain dedicated to providing efficient, courteous, and accessible service to the community.
The BESO, inaugurated in 2023, functions as an extension office of the Bacolod City Government Center (BCGC). It ensures that the same quality of public service is delivered, and also serves as a platform for promoting and facilitating online services for greater public convenience./PN
