ILOILO City – Queen City Development Bank (Queenbank), now on its 44th year, will hold its annual Top Level Management Conference (TLMC), scheduled on February 23-25, 2026. The event will be held at the Dr. Rogelio M. Florete Leadership Center, located within the Queenbank Building at Valeria Street, Iloilo City.

Leading the three-day event will be Queenbank’s Chairman Emeritus, Dr. Rogelio M. Florete, alongside the Bank’s Top Management Team. This conference provides a unique platform for in-depth discussions on pertinent issues confronting Branch Officers in both advanced and emerging market economies.

This year’s theme, “Building Relationships, Building Business”, underscores Queenbank’s commitment to prioritize its role in the community. The Top Level Management Conference serves as a pivotal moment to reaffirm its dedication to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. In 2025, Queenbank exhibited significant growth in its deposit liabilities, reflecting public confidence in its long-standing reputation, robust capital position, and strong portfolio base. The Bank achieved a gross revenue of P228 million and total assets amounting to P4.2 billion, indicating ongoing potential for growth and enhancement.

Furthermore, Queenbank maintained a highly stable capital base, achieving a Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) of 32.65%. This ratio, which measures a bank’s capital as a percentage of its risk-weighted credit exposure, highlights its financial strength. Deposits reached P3.3 billion, while the loan portfolio totaled P1.3 billion.
