ILOILO – A call center agent wanted for two counts of lascivious conduct in Antique was arrested in Passi City, Iloilo.
The 36-year-old alias “Franz”, a resident of Passi City, was caught at 10:54 a.m. on September 23 through the strength of a warrant of arrest for the crime of lascivious conduct under Section 5(B) of Republic Act (RA) 7610, as amended by RA 11648 duly issued at San Jose, Antique dated November 22, 2024.
He was tagged as the No. 5 most wanted person in Antique
The successful operation was carried out by joint operatives of the San Jose Municipal Police Station (MPS) and Passi City Police Station.
The suspect is now in the custody of the San Jose MPS for proper disposition.
A P180,000 bail bond for each count was recommended for his temporary release./PN
