ILOILO City – A resident charged with two counts of rape by sexual assault was arrested yesterday in Barangay Santa Cruz, Arevalo district here.
Fifty-eight-year-old Gerlado Nogales was the No. 1 most wanted man in Arevalo, police said.
Police served him an arrest warrant around 10:11 a.m.
The suspect was detained at the Arevalo police station.
A P120,000 bail bond (each count) was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
