Three projects worth ₱353 million in Arevalo were awarded to Discaya-linked contractors, yet transparency reports lack crucial details such as start and completion dates. Iloilo City Mayor Raisa Treñas and Oton, Iloilo’s Mayor Sofronio Fusin recently inspected sites in barangays Mohon and Sto. Domingo after residents blamed the projects for worsening floods.
