BACOLOD City – The Bacolod City National High School (BCNHS) is willing to absorb the Palarong Pambansa secondary girls’ softball champions to their fold.

Jose Dayot III, school principal, said he is willing to help the team in whatever capacity so they won’t disband.

The coaching staff feared of the team’s status at Domingo Lacson National High School following the retirement of the school principal, Esteban Albacea.

Dayot said they should transfer enrolment to accommodate them and abide with the rules and regulations of the school.

The coaching staff of the Palarong Pambansa multi-title softball team from Domingo Lacson National High School aired their concern upon arrival Wednesday last week after winning the 2014 Philippine National Games.

The coaching staff of Roselle Hulleza and Aileen Cabaybay wanted the team to stay and they are willing to help them.

They ignore offers for them to coach Manila colleges and universities as they are committed to stay with the team.

The two coaches help the team representing Bacolod City in the Grand Slam 8 National Open Softball tournament in Marikina City also last month after the Palaro, and placed second runner-up behind University of Sto. Tomas and University of Mindanao./PN
