BIG Bang’s G-Dragon was welcomed by thousands of fans at the Yongin Army Ground Operations in South Korea as he finished his military service yesterday.
The popular K-pop idol bowed down in front of the crowd and briefly addressed the press. “I have returned after successfully wrapping up my mandatory military service, and I want to thank you all for waiting for me, and also thank you for coming today. Now that I am no longer a soldier, I will now return to my career as a singer and give my best efforts.”
The rapper began his military service Feb. 27 last year.
Two more members of Big Bang, Taeyang and Daesung, will be discharged next month. (Cosmo)
