ILOILO City – For trying to steal a bicycle, a man from Barangay Tanza Bonifacio here landed in jail.
No less than bicycle owner Benjamin Abastillas, 38, of Lapuz district caught suspect Ray Anthony Alolor, 30.
He brought Alolor to Police Station 1./PN
