BACOLOD City – A resident of Barangay Aguisan, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental is facing child abuse charges.
Armed with a warrant of arrest, police caught Jeshmel Singuillo, 20, in Barangay Enclaro, Binalbagan, Negros Occidental around 12:30 p.m. on April 28.
Judge Walter Zorilla of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 55 in Himamaylan City issued the arrest warrant on Nov. 24, 2020.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Banalbagan police station.
A P200,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
