ILOILO City – Charged with violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, a resident of Barangay Manoc-manoc, Boracay Island in Malay, Aklan was arrested.
The 23-year-old Lester Matias was taken to the Malay police station around 8:45 p.m. on May 5.
The police had an arrest warrant against Matias issued by Judge Elmo del Rosario of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 5.
For Matias’ temporary liberty, the court set suspect’s bail bond at P200 thousand.
It was unclear as of this writing if Matias was able to post bail./PN
