BORACAY – A travel website listed Boracay’s White Beach among the best 50 beaches in the world.
According to UK’s Big 7 Travel, the island’s White Beach in 10th place was cited for its powdery white sand and the classic backdrop of palm trees and light jungle.
“There are few beaches that rival White Beach as one of the best in the world. Thanks to its location on Boracay Island, the sunsets from White Beach are some of the best in the country, too.”
The travel platform ranked the seven-kilometer long Whitehaven Beach in Australia in the top place for its glistening white sands, warm turquoise water perfect for swimming and snorkeling in.
Anse Source d’Argent – Seychelles in the middle of Indian Ocean in second is home to light granite boulders and swaying trees, which sit atop the white sands of the secluded island paradise.
Also in third place is Ksamil Beach on the southwestern coast of Albania. The beach dubbed “the Maldives of Europe” is famous for its traditional beach huts and gorgeous white sands.
