ILOILO City – For allegedly trying to steal a pair of pants, a 58-year-old man was arrested, a police report showed.
Felix Po of Barangay Calumpang, Molo district was detained in the custodial facility of Police Station 1.
Melany Cambel, owner of Surplus Boutique in Barangay Danao, City Proper, told the police she caught Po taking a pair of Loft pants worth P450 and placing it inside a black sling bag.
Cambel and traffic aide Jay Bee Gaite placed the suspect under citizen arrest and brought him to Police Station 1.
