BUGASONG, Antique – A 17-year-old boy allegedly stabbed dead a 23-year-old resident of Barangay Ilaures.

His parents and aunt turned him in to the police station, which in turn referred him to the local social welfare office after an inquest.

The minor suspect initially fled after the incident around 10:30 p.m. on April 8. He was drunk at the time, said Chief Inspector Alfredo N. Sumaray Jr.

The victim, Raymark Boston, died of a stab wound on the side.

He was rushed to the Bugasong Medicare Hospital but the attending physician declared him “dead on arrival,” police said.

The minor was part of a group of youngsters that ganged up on the victim’s brother Randy.

Boston tried to help his brother but got attacked as well, according to Police Officer 3 Rhol Grantos./PN
