SAN JOSE, Antique – A dead 65-year-old man was found in a river at Sitio Iglunoy in Barangay Bagtason, Bugasong, Antique yesterday morning.
Bonifacio Pacete was a resident of Sitio CEO in the said village. Around 8:45 a.m., he was found by residents with no undergarments on the ground of the riverside.
From what the Bugasong police gathered so far, the victim – a gay man – sustained bruises on the face and hematoma on the head. He was last seen at a birthday party, the police said.
As this was being written, Pacete’s cause of death was yet to be determined. Investigation into the incident was ongoing./PN
