The victim, identified only as “Allan”, was a resident and owner of the house that was gutted by the blaze.
According to the initial investigation by the Cadiz City Police Station, the fire reportedly originated in the kitchen area of the house. However, the exact cause remains under investigation by the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) in the locality.
