ILOILO City – A call center agent charged with estafa was arrested in Barangay Airport, Mandurriao district.
The 25-year-old Mary Cris Navarro of Barangay Maya, Balasan, Iloilo was collared by policemen around 8:05 a.m. on May 5.
The cops had an arrest warrant from Judge Lorencito Diaz of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 17 in Roxas City.
Navarro was transported to Roxas City and detained at the police station there.
The court set the suspect’s bail bond at P16,000.
It was unclear as of this writing if Navarro was able to post bail./PN
