Contractor & Development Corp. bagged the P75.4-million Construction of Slope Protection and Improvement Along Iloilo River Project in 2017. Alpha & Omega is one of the nine companies linked to the embattled Discaya couple whom President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. revealed to have bagged most of the flood control projects in the country. Another Discaya company, Amethyst Horizon Builders and General Contractor, Inc., is now constructing Phase II of the new BJMP-Iloilo City District Jail in Leganes town.
