BACOLOD City – While on his way home on Thursday, a collector was robbed by two unidentified men in Sitio Candiacap, Barangay Tapi, Kabankalan City.
Steve Dioneo, 27, a resident of the city, was driving his motorcycle when he was blocked by two men.
Citing witnesses, the police said one of the suspects pointed a firearm at the victim and the other one punched him.
Sugarcane laborers saw the victim tied with a rope with his mouth full of paper.
The suspects took away Dioneo’s P10,000 cash collection and cell phone./PN
